Seti Hamalian Bio

Seti Hamalian practices law in our commercial law group. He has extensive expertise in e-commerce, licensing and technology, and has completed numerous cross-border transactions in those fields. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the technology and e-commerce sectors. Throughout his career, Seti has served numerous start-up companies and assisted corporations with private investment and venture capital fundraising. He has participated in numerous conferences, and been a speaker on issues concerning e-commerce, licensing and technology. Seti handles a wide range of issues relating to corporate law and commercial law within the technology and e-commerce sectors.
