Stephane Rodriguez Bio

Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2004, Stephane Rodriguez work focuses on Corporate law and, more specifically on business transfers, in particular assisting managers and/or financial investors with M&A or LBO transactions and the acquisition of majority or minority stakes in companies. He is heavily involved in cross-border transactions, assisting French companies with their international growth plans and advising numerous foreign companies and investors looking to set up in France or invest in French companies. Since 2019, Stéphane has been cited every year by American legal magazine BEST LAWYERS in “Private Equity law”.
