Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2020, Jerome Cochet assists SMEs, mid-sized companies, not-for-profit organisations and local authorities with their day-to-day labour law and HR management; he also assists them with audits conducted by the authorities and before the Labour law courts. In particular, he is involved in setting up profit-sharing and incentive schemes, company agreements, implementing redundancy procedures, drawing up job safeguarding plans, company audits carried out prior to transaction operations managed by our “corporate” teams, as well as in international mobility and social security law.
