Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2014, Cedric Sapede work focuses on Corporate law and, more specifically, business transfers, in particular assisting managers and/or financial investors with M&A or LBO transactions and the acquisition of majority or minority stakes in companies. Through the assignments entrusted by our clients, Cédric has developed specific expertise in the healthcare sector in the broad sense and now forms part of our dedicated “Healthcare” team.
