Kyle Lavender Bio

Kyle’s practice focuses on corporate finance, M&As, and securities law. In addition to supporting the day-to-day corporate needs of the companies that he acts for, Kyle advises technology companies and investors in connection with a variety of transactions, including private equity financings, venture capital financings, bought deals, mergers, acquisitions, as well as share and asset sales. Kyle first joined LaBarge Weinstein as a summer student in 2011 and upon graduating with a Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School, Kyle returned to complete his articles. He was hired as an associate in 2013.
