A Partner with the firm’s Corporate and Financing team, Colin has over 20 years of experience advising companies at every stage of business. In addition to supporting the day-to-day corporate needs of the companies he acts for, Colin’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and financing, including debt financing, equity financing, venture capital financing, private placements, and bridge loans. Primarily acting for technology companies and investors, over the past five years, Colin has advised on more 100 venture capital and M&A deals, totaling over $1 billion.
