Odd-Terje Elde has for more than 15 years worked with the asset management and private equity industry, and has assisted Norwegian and international managers, investment vehicles and portfolio companies with, among other things, establishment, mergers & acquisitions, equity transactions, capital structures, financing, restructuring, compliance, joint ventures, co-investments and management incentive programs, as well as with day-to-day issues pertaining to corporate governance and contracts. Odd-Terje's experience comprises all types of investments and exits, including public-to-private transactions and IPOs. Odd-Terje is part of Kvale's corporate group, with main focus on private equity, venture capital and similar investment structures.
