Marius Andresen is the Managing Partner of Kvale. He has a broad range of experience in corporate law and M&A. He is the head of the corporate department and his special fields includes transactions, exchange and security law. Marius regularly provides legal assistance to foreign clients regarding acquisition of companies in Norway.
