Jostein Moen Bio

Jostein Moen is a partner and Head of Kvale's Corporate M&A department. He primarily works with transactions, but assists also in disputes within shipping related matters. He has extensive experience within M&A, as well as other equity and financing transactions, including bond issues. Within shipping and offshore he has wide experience related to sale and purchase of vessels and units, chartering, sale- and leaseback transactions and ship finance. He works also with restructuring of businesses.
