Bio

Espen R. Hamar has extensive experience business law and private law lawyer. For the last ten years Espen has worked specially within real estate, contracting law, restructuring of companies, and with insolvency legal areas. He has taken legal procedure assignments in all three judicial authorities. Espen was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 1998. In addition to practicing as a lawyer he has worked for the Price Directorate (now the Competition Authority) where he contributed the drafting of the preparatory work to a new Competition Law.
