Ryan Awerkamp Bio

Ryan specializes in advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies from entity start-up through exit. As a contributor to the tech and start-up community since 2014, Ryan seeks to benefit his early stage clients with his expertise in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and M&A transactions. Ryan works with companies in various industries, including technology, consumer products, software, biotech, fintech, edtech, medical device, and ecommerce. He also represents venture capital, angel, and other investors making equity investments in private companies. Prior to joining Kunzler Bean & Adamson, Ryan was an associate at Cooley LLP in San Diego, California. Outside the office, Ryan loves sports, especially basketball and tennis, time in the sun with his wife and four daughters, and a good ice cream cone.
