Oliver Machholdt specialises in transactions, contracts and regulatory matters in the life sciences industry. Oliver is co-head of Kromann Reumert's life sciences practice group and advises on transactions, contracts and regulatory matters in relation to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, food products, cosmetics and other regulated products. He receives particular acclaim for his knowledge of the life sciences industry. Oliver has extensive experience with M&A transactions as well as drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts in the life sciences industry, including in relation to material transfers, clinical trials, R&D, licensing and collaboration, manufacturing, distribution and supply. Oliver also assists clients on regulatory matters, including relating to authorisations, clinical trials, market access, cooperation between the industry and healthcare professionals, and marketing compliance.
