Mads has extensive experience advising on a broad range of matters relating to private equity and venture capital, including fund formation, investments in alternative investment funds, secondary transactions, co-investments, direct investments, incentives, and regulatory matters. Mads also provides advice to clients regarding joint venture structures and direct investments made through private equity-like structures. He also has extensive experience and expertise with Danish corporate law and M&A (mergers and acquisitions). Over the years Mads has advised a variety of Scandinavian-based private equity and venture funds and has also assisted several institutional investors with investments in alternative investment funds. When cooperating with clients Mads strives to combine deep legal expertise with a practical and commercial approach, thereby seeking to support and cater to the specific commercial needs of each client. Mads is an experienced litigator and is admitted to the High Courts of Denmark.
