Christina Bruun Geertsen works primarily with business transfers and investments (M&A), stock exchange and capital market law, company law and general commercial law as well as Greenlandic law. Christina became a partner in 2007 and today heads Kromann Reumert's groups for business transfers (M&A) and Greenlandic law. Christina advises Danish and foreign capital and venture funds as well as industrial companies and owner managers on buying, selling and investing in companies and generational change, including in relation to structural planning, conclusion and negotiation of ownership, investment and transfer agreements as well as due diligence. Christina has advised in connection with a large number of IPOs and issues and has extensive experience with prospectus preparation and handling verification processes. Christina is also an adviser to a number of Greenlandic companies and has in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic legal matters. Business understanding and a strong professional foundation are the main elements in Christina's advice. In her way of working, Christina is informal, solution- and process-oriented, and she emphasizes that there is reconciliation of expectations and process organization with the customer; all with a view to achieving a result that matches the customer's needs and wishes.
