Christian Richard Paarsgaard Ibsen primarily works with business transfers, company law and larger contract complexes within the energy industry and the health sector in particular, as well as general commercial law in general. Christian advises all types of Danish and foreign companies in relation to general business law matters, including especially business transfers, restructuring and company law matters. In addition, for many years, Christian has worked extensively with the energy sector and the health sector, through which he has gained a unique insight into, as well as an understanding of, the special conditions and rules that apply to the companies and players in these industries. Christian has, among other things, advised on, and played a central role in, all major mergers in the energy sector in the past several years (most recently the Norlys merger between Eniig and SE) as well as being a central figure in the consolidation within the private part of the healthcare sector. Through his many years of work with business transfers, Christian has also gained extensive process and project management experience, which includes, among other things, management of teams and coordination of advice from foreign law firms in international transactions.
