Bent Kemplar works primarily with business transfers (M&A), company law and general commercial law as well as stock exchange and capital market law. In connection with business transfers, Bent advises Danish and foreign industrial clients, financial companies and capital funds, including in the auction process, capital raising and stock market matters. He also advises owner-managers on generational transitions. Bent advises private as well as listed and state-owned companies as well as financial companies on restructuring, group adaptations, mergers and demergers, as well as advising on articles of association, capital and shareholder relations and corporate governance. He also advises on general business law matters, including cooperation and trading matters. Bent attaches great importance to close cooperation with the client, with which he ensures that the legal solutions support the client's commercial goals.
