Anders Stubbe Arndal primarily works with the regulation of energy companies, company transfers, company law as well as the conduct of legal and arbitration proceedings primarily related to energy law disputes. Anders became a partner in 1999 and has been managing partner in Kromann Reumert since 1 July 2019. Anders has advised energy companies since 1993. Over the years, electricity and natural gas supply companies in particular have experienced significantly changed framework conditions and conditions. Anders has been centrally located in that development, both in terms of ownership, company structure and operations. By virtue of his in-depth knowledge of regulation as well as considerable experience with company law and the purchase and sale of companies, Anders has been a sought-after advisor, including in connection with a number of important events in the Danish energy sector. This applies both to almost all the major transactions that have been carried out in the energy sector in Denmark within the past 10 years, as well as to a number of the principled cases that have been conducted before the competent public authorities and to a number of the central legislative measures, most recently the implementation of the 3rd liberalization directive and the introduction of the wholesale model in the Electricity Supply Act.
