Anders Lavesen works primarily with business transfers (M&A), company law, general commercial law and capital market matters. Anders became a partner in 1994. He has been managing partner for Kromann Reumert and has been part of the board. Anders has client responsibility for a wide range of companies, ranging from the largest financial companies, listed groups, fund-owned media groups, capital funds, partner-owned consulting companies, international IT companies and to business angles. Over time, Anders has helped many foreign companies to invest in Denmark. Anders has participated in the transfer of companies of all types and large property portfolios. He has helped financial investors with alternative investments and the establishment of alternative structures. He also acts as a conductor at general meetings of listed companies. As an adviser, he has both deep and broad legal insight and a clear understanding of the commercial and strategic challenges of a case. Anders is able to focus on the central aspects and provide useful advice, which is not limited to the legal aspects. For him, it is important to be result-oriented and in close dialogue with the client, regardless of whether the matter is a large transaction or a quick inquiry. When the case requires a team effort, he ensures the composition that best and most effectively gets the case to the finish line.
