Tom Fagernas Bio

Tom heads our Capital Markets and Public M&A practice. He advises both issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from IPOs and other equity offerings to debt issuances. He also acts on public M&A transactions, advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters and has an extensive understanding of financial regulation.
