Sami Martola focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He regularly acts as an adviser to private equity investors, sellers and buyers, as well as the management of target companies. Sami serves as the head of our firm's Private Equity practice.
