Paul Raade Bio

Paul focuses on capital markets transactions and financial regulatory advice, and has particular experience where these areas intersect. His transactional work covers equity issuances including IPOs, debt issuances and takeovers, while his financial regulatory practice focuses on capital markets, banks and investment firms as well as alternative investment fund managers. He advises listed companies on disclosure and corporate governance matters. In addition to his Finnish law degree, Paul holds an LLM (Corporate Governance and Practice) from Stanford Law School.
