Marko Vuori Bio

Marko represents clients in both public and private M&A transactions and other corporate structuring matters. He advises both private and listed companies, their management and the shareholders in company law and corporate governance-related matters and chairs the shareholders' meetings. Prior to joining our firm, Marko worked as a legal counsel for the National Board of Patents and Registration.
