Annika Schauman Bio

Annika's practice focuses on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on complex private equity and cross-border transactions. She has extensive experience in advising both international and domestic private equity sponsors and corporate clients in complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments and refinancing transactions. From 2014 until 2018, Annika worked as an investment professional at EQT Partners in Stockholm, where she focused on Nordic and European private equity investments. Annika is a graduate of the University of Helsinki and Aalto University School of Business.
