Rukmini Roychowdhury Bio

Rukmini is a Partner in K Law’s Corporate practice group and heads the Mumbai office. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, financing, and corporate and commercial practices. With over 18 years of experience, she regularly represents and advises leading corporations and reputed individuals in domestic and cross-border transactions such as M&A, private equity and venture capital, financing transactions such as debt restructuring, settlement, and special-situation funding, as well as daily affairs and commercial contracts in the technology, fintech, and financial services sectors. She has also acted as the External General Counsel for IDfy and represented some marquee clients, including Reliance Industries, Ingersoll Rand Inc., JSW, Thermax Limited, SBI Funds, Axis Bank, Tata Capital Ltd, etc.
