Zeeshan Khan is a Partner at Mumbai office of K Law. He specialises in Banking Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency and Enforcement Advisory related work. Prior to K Law, he was associated with firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., AZB & Partners, DSK Legal, Link Legal and as an in-house legal counsel with Union Bank of India at its corporate office. With a career spanning over 12 plus years, Zeeshan has vast experience in transactions pertaining to International Banking Finance, Banking Finance, Project Finance, Enforcement Advisory, Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Advisory and Litigation). He has advised stakeholders including Resolution Professionals, Lenders, Investors etc. in major insolvency deals in the Indian market including one of the largest and first consolidated group insolvency deals among others. He has extensive experience in advising Banks and Financial Institutions, both domestic and international in their lending transactions as lenders legal counsel. He has extensive experience in litigation advisory and enforcement scenarios in relation to recovery of distressed debts before forums like NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT and others. Outside of his day-to-day commitment to his work and professional life, Zeeshan is a regular participant at various networking and business conferences and has keen interest in sports, travelling and culinary ventures.
