Christopher Rao is a Partner at K Law and has over 10 years’ experience in advising reputed domestic and foreign venture capital funds, private equity funds and multinational corporations in connection with inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures / strategic partnerships, general corporate advisory, debt financing and corporate restructuring. Christopher’s sectoral expertise spans across businesses such as automotive manufacturing, IT / ITES, infrastructure, financial services, e-commerce, online gaming, education and healthcare. Prior to joining K Law, he was with Khaitan & Co, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
