Kacper Świder is a fifth-year law student at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He is writing his master’s thesis on the submission and determination of claims in bankruptcy proceedings, with a focus on issues related to claims arising from the Paulian action and the proprietary rights of shareholders in insolvent companies. He has gained professional experience working at a law firm, handling cases concerning civil proceedings, civil law, commercial law, labour law, and administrative law. Currently, Kacper is focusing on developing his expertise in the legal aspects of M&A transactions and corporate legal services for business entities.
