Jerome Labrousse advises French and international companies in the tax structuring of domestic and cross-border financing and acquisition transactions. In particular, Jerome advises on the French tax implications of the new digital and environmental, social and governance economy and assists with inbound and outbound transactions involving U.S.- and Europe-based companies and funds. He also advises multinational companies on executive compensation and LTI plans. Jerome previously held structured finance managing director positions at multinational financial services companies headquartered in both France and the United States. He spent more than seven years of his career living and working in Chicago and New York. Jerome also serves as an associate professor addressing tax aspects of transactions at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas in its finance and banking master’s programs. He also speaks frequently at conferences in France and abroad on the legal and tax structuring of acquisition and restructuring transactions.
