Alexandre Omaggio handles mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Alexandre advises French and foreign clients on their M&A transactions (notably regarding listed companies), reorganizations and joint ventures. In the private equity field, he advises growth companies in the context of their fundraising operations and implementation of incentive plans for managers and employees, and investors (investment funds and family offices) in their equity investments and exit transactions. Alexandre and his team are regularly ranked in legal guides.
