Alexander Marquardt focuses his international practice on arbitrations and mergers and acquisitions. A dual national (Austrian-German) and a member of the Paris and New York bars, Alexander enjoys a career that includes work in private equity, structured finance and securitizations for multinational financial services clients. In December 2014, Alexander was designated by the government of Austria to serve for a six-year term on the panel of arbitrators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, a member of the World Bank Group. In June 2016, he was selected to serve as an arbitrator for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the international division of the American Arbitration Association.
