Ryan Plecha is an exceptional attorney that possesses a unique understanding of the law, business and people that he implements in his litigation practice. Ryan’s practice focuses on both civil and commercial litigation, which spans a wide range of substantive areas of law and industries, such as shareholder/member disputes, contract negotiations and disputes, construction disputes, real estate matters, and all types of bet-the-company-litigation. Ryan has been involved in a variety of complex and high stakes matters throughout his career, including nationally significant cases. Ryan has also served as local counsel for some of the nation's largest and most prestigious law firms. In his practice, Ryan is driven by the guiding principle that law is a service profession and he is dedicated to providing, zealous, ethical and understanding representation. Prior to joining KORO, Ryan was a Partner at a prestigious Birmingham litigation firm. Throughout his law school and legal career, Ryan has gained a unique set of experiences, including serving as a judicial intern for both the Honorable Justice Robert Young of the Michigan Supreme Court and the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court, forming and operating Plecha Legal, PLLC and serving as a research and writing clerk for the Michigan Law Revision Commission. To stay current on the various aspects of his practice, Ryan is dedicated to attending a wide range of continuing education courses through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.
