Natalie N. Bloyer focuses her practice on commercial real estate, corporate and banking transactions. For over 15 years, Natalie has provided legal counsel to local, regional, national and international clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, industrial, apartment complexes) for both landlords and tenants, subleases, land contracts, real estate easement and license agreements, and handling of condemnation matters. Natalie also has expertise in business entity formation, governance, asset and stock transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate compliance and private offerings, as well as general contract drafting and review in connection with ongoing business activities such as distribution, supply and sales of goods agreements. In addition, Natalie has represented lenders in loan origination and loan modification matters. Before joining KORO, Natalie was a senior attorney in the Business and Real Estate Transactional and Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights practice groups of a large local firm, Plunkett Cooney PC. Natalie earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While attending law school, she worked as an extern for the Honorable Judge Morton Denlow for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Natalie obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame with dual majors in Economics and Psychology, while earning a Monogram Award as a member of Women’s Varsity Swimming and Diving Team.
