Jeffrey J. Fleury has 25 years of experience practicing in all Michigan circuit and district courts, the Supreme Court of Michigan, the Michigan Court of Appeals and all Michigan federal circuit and appellate courts. Mr. Fleury specializes in collection of accounts receivables, business litigation, landlord-tenant, commercial litigation, employment law, contract law and creditor’s rights law. Jeff has worked closely with a number of prestigious Detroit area accounting firms, law firms, a variety of medical practices and virtually every type of small to medium sized business collecting their delinquent accounts. Jeff routinely serves as a mediator, facilitator and case evaluator. Jeff graduated from Brother Rice High School in 1988, Michigan State University, (B.A. Business) in 1992, and the University of Detroit School of Law, cum laude, in 1995 graduating in the top 10 % of his class while also serving as a Law Review Editor. In 1995, Jeff served as a pre-hearing Law Clerk for the Michigan Court of Appeals for his one-year term. Jeff went on to practice with Stark, Reagan & Finnerty and then Ahern Fleury, PLLC finally operating his own firm, the Fleury Law Firm, PLLC.
