Alex Jones Bio

Alex Jones is an attorney at KJK and an integral member of the firm’s eCommerce, Intellectual Property and Corporate practice groups. He leverages KJK’s innovative and cost-effective strategies to protect companies’ brands, intellectual property, and thwart unauthorized resellers. Alex has worked with dozens of companies across various industries, guiding them through their eCommerce needs from start to finish. He is well-versed in intellectual property law, adept at identifying and taking down unauthorized resellers, and addressing other threats to a brand’s image and reputation. His experience includes representing brands nationwide in lawsuits against unauthorized sellers and other bad actors. In addition to his eCommerce and IP work, Alex plays a crucial role on KJK’s Corporate team, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He assists companies in expanding their businesses through acquisitions and provides guidance and support in the sale of businesses. Alex also helps clients draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Alex’s dedication to his practice has earned him consistent recognition in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” editions in the Mergers and Acquisitions Law category.
