Jennifer practices primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate/commercial law. She has worked with both private companies and reporting issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Her practice includes advising clients on a range of matters, including public offerings, stock exchange listings, private placements, restructuring, and general corporate/commercial matters.
