Carina Grigorian Bio

Carina assists our clients in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as in commercial law, both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator. Her language skills, especially German and English, allow her to efficiently serve our international clients. Carina regularly advises our clients on the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the sale and purchase of shares or assets and commercial contracts. In court, she represents our clients in disputes such as the brutal termination of established business relationships, unfair competition, enforcing representation and warranties. Her clients come from various sectors such as heavy industry (especially logistics and transport), energy (especially renewable energy), environment, hotel and tourism, health, food and media.
