Laura Cossi is a partner specializing in Corporate Law, M&A, and Venture Capital, advising clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, focusing on M&A and Private Equity. She has experience in venture capital transactions and structures, offshore companies, representing investment funds, VC firms, and startups. She also handles corporate governance and corporate reorganizations. She began her career at KLA in 2009 and worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York after earning her LL.M. from Stanford Law School. She serves clients across a variety of industries, particularly telecommunications and technology.
