Karin Alvo Bio

Karin Alvo is a founding partner of KLA and practices corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with expertise in private equity and venture capital. She serves clients across all industries, particularly telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, and life sciences. She is a member of associations such as the International Bar Association (IBA) and speaks at international events such as Latin Lawyer Live: Mergers & Acquisitions 2024. She is recognized by rankings, having been awarded Best M&A Lawyer of 2023 by The Legal 500, as well as Deal of the Year in Private Equity by Latin Lawyer. She earned her LL.M. from New York University.
