Sarah Brewer is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Sarah has a broad range of private equity, M&A and company law experience, in particular representing sponsors in relation to domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisitions and disposals. Sarah is responsible for corporate know-how and training in Kirkland's London office.
