Bio

Paul Anderson is a corporate partner in the Firm's Chicago office. His practice primarily involves representing private equity sponsors, private companies, founders and physician practices in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. Paul also counsels clients with respect to the legal opportunities and challenges related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, sustainable investment, and impact investing across the investment and operational life cycle.
