Nicholas Dicrescenzo, a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group, focuses his practice on representing fund sponsors in the formation and management of private investment funds, including buyout, mezzanine, senior debt and industry-specific funds, as well as the structuring, operation and regulatory compliance of their management companies. He is also involved in organizing separately managed account arrangements and other complex business transactions. He has also represented private equity executives in connection with spinning out of established firms.
