Kevin Crews is a founding partner of the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis. He regularly represents private equity funds and public and private companies in M&A, joint venture and investment transactions. Kevin has extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, industrials and technology. In the energy space, Kevin has a particular focus on midstream and hard infrastructure, and also frequently advises clients on energy transition matters, including produced water management, energy technology, waste-to-fuels, renewables and sustainability, energy storage and carbon capture and sequestration. Kevin is recognized in The Legal 500 United States - Energy Transactions: Oil and Gas. He is also recognized as a “Notable Practitioner” for M&A and Oil & Gas in the U.S. by IFLR1000. In addition, Kevin received the Texas Lawyer’s 2020 Professional Excellence Award as an attorney “On the Rise” and was featured in Forty under 40 in Hart Energy, Oil and Gas Investor.
