Henry Birch is a partner in Kirkland’s corporate practice. He focuses on transactional private equity matters (including both private and public) and advises sponsor-held portfolio companies between buyout and exit. Henry has acted regularly for Castik, BC Partners, EQT, GIC (Singapore’s Sovereign Wealth Fund), Hg, Montagu and TDR.
