Hayley Hollender is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice primarily involves advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with structuring, negotiating and executing complex business transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, incentive equity and other compensation plans, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Hayley also focuses her practice on counseling clients in all matters of transactional risk insurance, including the use of representations and warranties insurance and other transactional risk insurance products. Hayley has handled matters on behalf of Aterian Investment Partners, Frontenac Company, Garnett Station Partners, GTCR, Lake Pacific Partners, Soundcore Capital Partners, Staple Street Capital, and Sun Capital Partners, as well as many of their portfolio companies.
