Damian Jacobs practice focuses on GP and LP-led secondaries and liquidity solutions transactions including LP portfolio sales, stapled secondary offerings, strip sales, fund recapitalizations and restructurings, captive team spin-outs and synthetic secondaries. Damian was recognized by Private Equity International in their list of “Young Guns of Secondaries: Class of 2016”. Damian also advises sponsors in connection with forming and structuring private investment funds and their management companies across asset classes including private equity, private debt and private real estate. He has represented international, regional and local fund sponsors, including newly-formed sponsors, in connection with platform formations, joint ventures, club structures and other significant transactions. Chambers Global noted Damian “has garnered a reputation in the closed-end funds space” and is "easy to deal with both on your and the other side".
