Christopher Burwell is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice concentrates on structuring, negotiating and executing complex business transactions. He frequently advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and growth equity and other minority investments.
