Zsuzsa has over 15 years of experience in advising on the entire spectrum of private and public M&As: cross-border and domestic share deals and asset deals, business transfers, private equity transactions, public takeovers, mergers/demergers, restructurings and joint ventures. Zsuzsa has a strong reputation representing local entrepreneurs and private businesses in relation to investments by global corporates and investors, providing strategic advice on the deal process.
