Sava Savov is a Partner in the firm’s transactional group. His practice covers all areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, special situations and corporate law, including: acquisitions and disposals; distressed situations and restructuring; structured equity and other special situations investments; platform formations and investments; management equity; fund formation; and general corporate advice. In addition, Sava focuses on the technology, financial service, life science and real estate sectors.
