Miroslav Plascar Bio

Miroslav Plascar is the Co-Managing Partner of the Zagreb office. He initially joined Žurić i Partneri in 1997 to strengthen the firm’s litigation practice, but soon became involved in advising the firm’s international clients in relation to their investment activities in Croatia. Miroslav was a member or the head of Croatian legal teams on several major investment projects and acted as the principal Croatian legal advisor on a number of M&A deals. In his property and project finance practice Miroslav advises major international investors in relation to their entry into the Croatian market through property acquisitions and PPP/PFI. In addition to his continuous involvement in project work, he maintains a dispute resolution practice and regularly represents clients in commercial and property disputes.
