Barbara Kusak is a Partner in the Prague office, the Co-Head of the local M&A, Corporate and Private Equity service line and the Co-Head of the firm-wide Consumer & Retail sector. Barbara has more than 20 years of experience advising on complex national, cross-border and multijurisdictional M&A transactions (including real estate transactions) and has advised both strategic and financial investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions across various sectors, including financial services, manufacturing industries, automotive, healthcare, and consumer products. She has gained extensive experience in leading and coordinating large international teams in the CEE region and beyond and has gained a reputation as a commercially minded and pragmatic deal maker.
